PC port of a premium RPG
Persona 3 Portable is a premium role-playing game (RPG) from ALTUS, serving as an enhanced remake and PC port of the 2006 anime game. It retains the same storyline, but with added features and content on top of remastered graphics. Get ready to follow the life of a high school student with the ability to summon a Persona, something akin to an avatar but with fighting capabilities.

An extended Persona 3 release
In P3P, you take on the role of a high school student who is a part of a secret team known as the Specialized Extracurricular Execution Squad (SEES). Apart from your high school self, you control a Persona. This premise allows you to enjoy elements of social simulation from the interaction with other characters, as well as a full JRPG experience thanks to its turn-based fights and dungeon exploration.
As a PC port, there’s not much added to this version. Sure, you also have the option to play as a female protagonist as well as other, minor story changes. The main highlight, perhaps, is its improved graphics optimized for its system. It retains its anime-style artworks, although the graphics are now available in higher resolution, making it clearer and crisper.
P3P is for those who have missed it before or those who want to relive the classic game on PC. Otherwise, it has fallen behind and has been superseded by Persona 4 and Persona 5. Additionally, if it follows the same trend, players might experience optimization issues for this new port. Persona games have become infamous for lagging and crashing, even in good setups.
